2. Digital Products (crochet patterns, display tags, files)

Our shop primarily sells digital crochet patterns and display tags. These are downloadable files (usually PDFs) that provide instructions for creating crocheted items. No physical product will be shipped to you.

We make every effort to describe our patterns accurately, including skill level, materials needed, and finished dimensions. We cannot guarantee that all details will perfectly match your individual results, as crochet is a craft that depends on individual tension and technique.

All pattern descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any pattern at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, Square, and most major credit cards. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our shop.

4. Downloads & Access

Upon successful payment, you'll receive a link to download your purchased pattern(s). This link is typically provided on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you provided. It is your responsibility to download and save your pattern(s) promptly. We are not responsible for lost files once they have been successfully downloaded.

5. Refunds & Exchanges for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our patterns, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital pattern has been downloaded or the download link has been provided, it cannot be returned.

If you encounter an issue with your download (e.g., a corrupted file or incorrect pattern sent), please contact us at jarfulofknots@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Find out more about our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All crochet patterns sold on this site are the intellectual property of Jarful Of Knots and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a single-user license for personal use of the pattern.

You may:

• Use the pattern to create items for yourself, your family, or as gifts.

• Sell items made from our patterns, provided you credit Jarful Of Knots as the designer. A simple "Pattern by Jarful Of Knots" or a link to our shop is appreciated and highly encouraged.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the pattern itself, in whole or in part, electronically or physically.

• Translate the pattern into another language and sell or share the translated version.

• Use our photos to sell your finished products. Please take your own photos.

• Claim the pattern as your own design.

If you are a pattern tester for us, separate terms regarding pattern distribution and use apply, as specified in your testing agreement.

7. User Comments, Feedback & Other Submissions

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials (collectively, 'comments'), whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are not obligated to maintain any comments in confidence, pay compensation for any comments, or respond to any comments.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
