crochet hand sanitizter Cozy video tutorial
I've revised my crochet Hand Sanitizer Cozy video tutorial with updated terminology and a slight change to Version 1 since it’s original release over 2 years ago. These hand sanitizer holders will fit the popular little Pocketbac Hand Sanitizers from Bath & Body Works (or similar shaped bottles). They would make great little gifts or stocking stuffers. These are super quick to make and I also have printable display tags available in my shops!
This video tutorial shows you how to make 4 styles:
1. Version 1A.1 (with keychain)
2. Version 1B (no keychain)
3. Version 2A (with keychain)
4. Version 2B (no keychain
NOTE: The full digital PDF includes instructions for making Version 1A.2 which is another keychain version.
I’m not sure why it’s taken me this long finally publish this pattern but here you go :D My original video tutorial on YouTube was released when I was somewhat new to writing patterns so there was some MUCH NEEDED revisions. Happy to say, I finally got to the revisions and finished pattern; here is the end result along with how to purchase the published pattern and display tags!
Hand Sanitizer Cozy full, ad-free, digital PDF pattern and the Printable Display Tags are each sold separately and available in my shops. Linked below!

Abbreviations Used:
CH = Chain
SC = Single Crochet
SCDEC = Single Crochet Decrease
SL ST = Slip Stitch
ST or STS = Stitch or Stitches
Rnd = Round
RSC = Reverse Single Crochet
Pattern Notes:
This pattern is worked in continuous rounds, do not join rounds; A stitch marker is highly recommended.
The CH ST at the beginning of row does not count as a ST.
A comma (,) indicates to work in the next ST.
A "x#" indicates to work the indicated ST in each of the next X number of stitches; For example: “SC x5” = Work 1 single crochet in each of the next 5 stitches.
A “#ST” indicates to the given ST in multiples in the same ST of the # given; For example: 5SC = Work 5 single crochet in the same ST.
Special Stitch References:
Reverse Single Crochet (RSC) Video Tutorial: The RSC (aka crab stitch) is essentially a single crochet, but worked in the opposite direction. It does take a little getting used to as you go but the end result is worth it! This stitch is used in version 1 of this cozy pattern. NOTE: The pattern shown in this video is for my car cup holder coaster pattern (available in my shop.
